More info needed!

Do you have an on board sound card? If you do the port where you plug your speakers in will be up near the keyboard port. If not it will be completely seperate to where you plug your keyboard in.

If you do have on-board sound then what make/model is your motherboard?

If you dont have on-board sound then what make/model is your sound card?

It is more likely that you have to install your sound card drivers, but we need to know which one it is first.

Is Your Sound Card Onboard Or PCI you can find out your name of graphics card by doing this > MY COMPUTER > CONTROL PANEL > SYSTEM > HARDWARE > DEVICE MANAGER or simply by going to this http://www.majorgeek...cc13fc5b7062019

and please get back to me when you have the name of your sound card :tazz:
