is New.net malware because at windows startup I get this message:
C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL

Yes. If you look at the responses to the thread you started earlier someone posted more info on it, however, the guys in the malware forum should notice it in your HJT log and be able to tell you how to get rid of it. You did do as I advised earlier by starting a thread in there, didn't you?
