Okay, so in my attempt to get rid of Aurora it appears some of my windows settings were screwed up. My computer has reset, by its self, twice while I was in the middle of doing something in IE. Also, periodically it will start acting like it is shutting down, but than refresh like you are just logging in and not close any of the windows I have open. Everytime I start my computer it likes to reset my settings: The icons in my quicklaunch will be rearranged, my sound settings, and some of my background setting (Picture stays but the background color chages). I think thats about it. If you want I can post a HiJackThis Log and Ewido reports.

Hope you guys can help.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
