Why is Hotmail doing this after Posting New Mesg?

Hi Admin and Readers

I need help.

Yesterday I tried to send email via Hotmail. After typing email and clicked send - i dont get the usual Hotmail feedback that mail has been sent. Instead I get a full page of HTML readings that i dont comprehend.

I am wondering if this is somthing sinister or have i accidentally encrypted the page which i think not. Has anyone got an idea of what this is and how to cure it - short of re-formatting my hard drive?
