Hi all,
I have been asked to find a solution to some strange characters appearing in emails my boss sends to thers in our company he is using MS Office Outlook 2003

This set of characters seems to replace commas and full stops in emails from him=2E

Any ideas why what it is and how do I go about rectifying the problem
Many Thanks

Is it possible that he is using a font that the others don't have installed? PCs try to substitute the closest font, but sometimes that doesn't work, and you get strange characters.
