I continue to recieve and error window telling me that download module is not working. What would cause this not to work? I am getting frustrated because this appears to be affecting my windows updates as well. The updates will not install.
if anyone has an answer that might help please let me know. I am ready to take my computer and throw it out the window.
I have downloaded a debugger (pc bug doctor) and ewido security I also have norton anti virus software loaded

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and post your log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

I am moving this to the malware section, where it will get the attention it needs.
