I have ran everything to get rid of this and every night webrebates shows back up on my computer. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Here is my log from the hijackthis program.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Please reboot into safe mode - How do I boot into "Safe" mode?.
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):C:\Program Files\Win Comm <- this folder

Please delete your temporary files. Double Click My Computer (WinXP: Navigate to Start --->My Computer)
You will see an icon representing your harddrive (most likely C: Drive) Right Click on the hard drive icon and click Properties at the
bottom of the fly out window. One the very first tab (General) you will see a button labeled "Disk Cleanup"...click that button.
Make sure the following are checked:
Downloaded Program Files
Temporary Internet Files and
Recycle Bin
Click OK and Disk Cleanup will delete those files for you.

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log in this same topic, and let us know how your system's working.

Thank you for the help, I got the problem fixed and the spyware is now gone from the computer. Thanks again for all the help!

Please post a new log so we can check out your system. Sometimes the spyware is lurking in your computer and you don't know it.

It appears that you have two anti-virus programs running? Is that correct? If you have more than one, it can do funny things to your system.

I only saw one file that needs to be deleted
