now i have got great news. Thank you jonny, now i don't have any viruses, adwares and spywares on my pc. thank you again..

but i havbe got a little problem..

my norton auto-protect is off... i can't fixed it

yes i click on enable, but doesn't work

then i go on options and i click auto-protect(recommed), but that doesn't work, too.

my norton auto-protect is off... i can't fixed it

Completely uninstalling, and then reinstalling Norton usually works. <_<
