My daughter put my usb cable for my digital camera into a 110 electrical outlet. It burned up the card reader/usb port and I now have no usb at all. Suprisingly I am able to surf the net and apparently do anything else.

However I have an error code in the led on the mobo Abit AV8 4.8. I can't find it anywhere...

I know I will be replacing the mobo w/same.

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. You could try going to Abits web page for information on the error code. You are very fortunate that this little mishap did not fry the computer completely! You said you will be replacing the motherboard with the same make & model. Good luck.
