I have created a template for excel but after using it for about a week the clients cannot see any text added to a cell. The text is visible only in the format bar at the top but is not displayed in the cell. All numbers display fine.

All i need is for the template to show negative numbers in brackets and no decimal points, can someone pls tell me what i am supposed to add the custom, other than the number format?, should i be adding for text aswell?
