I am looking for a safe, simple and effective popup blocker for IE 6.0 and win 2000*admin OS.

I see these freeware options listed elsewhere:
Clean My PC
PopOops
Smart Popup Blocker

Any recommendations? Many thanks!

the google toolbar works pretty good in my opinion as well...also i would get the microsoft antispyware deal...it doesn't neccessarily block popups but its darned helpful

I'd start with getting Firefox instead of IE if you wanna get rid of those pop-up and many other annoyances...

I've used both Firefox and Google Toolbar. I like google toolbar a bit more, it seems like picks up more stuff.
