Outlook 2002 xp

I just download service pack 2 for xp and now my outlook2002 will not send mail. I can receive mail though a pop3 server but for some reason the smtp will not allow mail to be sent.

Anyone else having this problem?

I even tried unistalling the service pack 2 update but no differeance here.

Any help would be helpful...

Do you have a local mail server you use, or is it through your ISP? Are you on a network?
