firmware is probably in good shape then. I would go ahead and make sure you setup port fowarding for you game and see how that goes.

after installing CALL OF DUTY, when i try to run the game , i get this error

"cannot load default.cfg, make sure call of duty is run from correct folder"

i try a number of times reinstalling the game, but still getting the same problem,, so anyone plz help me in solving this problem

i have a problem when i run cod uo mp it says missing mss32.dll not found. Im kinda new so can u plz help :whistling: and i have a windows xp home ed.

ps.i did what starjax did and it didn't work

youve had a bad install of cod... Most likely due to a damaged or currupt cd.
Try a manual install of the pak files from your cd

i know this has been done before but it didn't solve my problem as the thread ended but when i load call of duty i get this:

Ive tried uninstalling deleting folder n reinstalling but it wont work and people have said about something to do with it bieng unable to find the /main folder but not said HOW to find the /main folder i really need help i have the latest patch but please i know alot of you out there know call of duty so help would be much appreciated

Hey ..It says: error during initialization;video card or driver doesn't support UBYTE4N vertex data.
My computer is vista and it's intel pentium dual-core inside..
