You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Please reboot into safe mode - How do I boot into "Safe" mode?.

Does on your computer install Anti Popup-blocker and on 15 minute oneself you review something Please select your country ????

Thank u very much i am pretty proficeint with computers but that hurt me


1 ques, does Remote Acces exprie or something cause i was trying to help my friend and it just wouldn't connect all firewalls were turned off aswell as programs and Remote access were enabled on both computers so i was wondering if you knew trhe problem

If you're using remote assistance then yes it only goes for as long as whoever sent the invitation specified for it too. When you're sending the invitation you have to choose how long the invitation is valid for before it expires. That is so when someone receives an invite they can't just hang on to it and connect whenever they want to, it's a security thing. If you're using remote desktop you just have everything configured right to connect. Any more questions just ask. I do remote assistance on my mother's computer all the time. :D Also If you want to post a new log just to make sure it's clean feel free to do so. I have some tips on how to stay clean too.
