I ran a hijack log and followed Johnny Rotten's instructions on what to delete and he suggested that I run and submit another hijackthis log.

Looks like you should be running at least a little faster. How is it? Now lets defragment your hard drive this also should help performance especially if you haven't done it in a long time or ever.

Go into 'My Computer' and right click your hard drive. Click the "Tools" tab at the top and click "defragment now"

The instructions may not be exact on getting to the disk defragmenter because I haven't used ME edition in a long time, but it should be in there somewhere.

Yes, I'm running faster.

I defragmented a couple of nights ago.

BTW, I saw Johnny in the summer in Toronto. He wasn't too pleased with being spat on (understandably so) and the Pistols left the stage after 30 mins of playing. They came back on and gave a good account of themselves but the '77 tour post San Fran would've been nice to see if it had happened.

Thanks again for your help.
