That's what is showing when I look under my Autoexec.bat tab. I don't know what the Panda business is about :help I have the free AVG AntiVirus installed, and that's the only A-V program I have. The box to the left of this entry is NOT checked. Would this cause any problems? Should it be changed?

thanks, coachwife, for the Panda info. No, I'm not actually having problems concerning that at the moment, thankfully. I guess since it's not checked anyway, it isn't making any difference in how my computer is running? I've downloaded Hijack This just in case!
