i have a virus/ worms, i am not sure, neither is the spyware or antivirus software that i have. neither one of them are able to get rid of them/ it. i have found the file in my program lifes and am unable to delete it. it is an application file.
IST SVC is the name of it and is has svc tool bar and search engines and pop ups and all the fun stuff that comes with that. I am a computer retard and this machine is less than a month old and i am already ready to do whatever it is you with stuff when you are feed up with.. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me. Thank You soooooo much Cliff

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
