I have been infected with this anti virus gold virus. I have read the replies to the others who asked how to remove it but I'm such an idiot I don't even understand where to start. I have McAfee protection but I don't think they can remove it. I got the part to download Hijack this. I saw the files but I don't see where you click Save Log. I don't even want to figure out how to post it to this thread. Can anyone hold my hand through the process?
