Thanks for all your help so far Trevuren. Will do the final cleanup.
Any ideas about the Software Distribution folder? All of the downloaded files in the folder look like windows update files and have "© Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved." in their properties.

Also during the cleanup you asked me to remove elements of IMesh, is it ok to reinstall that?
