I just finish putting together a new pc system which includes

Antec CS600B Tower
It has an ABIT Motherboard with
512k DDR Memory
Radeon 256 AGP Card
CD Rom
3.5 Floppy Drive
Seagate 200 GB SATA Hard Drive
OS Windows XP

Here is my dilemna, after putting everything together, and firing it up, I get the audible and post test, now I want to install the Window XP operating System
but the pc isn't recognizing the Hard drive, the SATA Driver came with the hard drive, but how can I install the OS if the hard drive isn't firing up, I check all of the connections, signal cable, power cable, and sata cable to mobo ok. Am I missing something, it seems like ATA hard drives are much easier to install the OS on than SATA, anyone with some advice, greatly apreciated. :tazz:

ok, is the drives are a floppy or CD? if on a CD you are kinda SoL inless you can get them on a floppy, cause when you pop in windows XP disk, it will say "press F8 now if you have Raid or SCUSI drivers to install" and then press f8 and pop in the floppy. then you should be good to go!
