It keep using the same window. But when I do go to open a new window it will quickly apear on the taskbar as if two windows are there, then go back to open the homepage in the main window. I think I'm going nuts. Isn't there a setting to tell I.E. to open links in new windows cause now I can't even find that and it is driving me nuts.
