Hello,

For the past several weeks, my computer has been taking over 3 minutes to boot up. Basically, the computer will come to the wallpaper screen and then sit for 2.5 minutes at least, and then the little green light next to the power light (it's in the outline of a cylinder) will start flashing and then all the icons will come up.
I've tried looking at other threads on slow booting times for advice, but nothing seems to help. I've disabled many services/startups and decreased the # of desktop icons - no improvement. Spybot, Adaware, AVG, and Ewido show no viruses/problems.

P.S. I noticed the problem after I downloaded Yahoo/DSL onto my computer. I don't know if this is the cause.

Thank you.
