IE Crashes

Hi,

I recently reinstalled Windows on one of my PCs. I installed SP2 and did all the Windows Updates.

The problem I am having is with IE. Surfing the web is fine, but when I try to download a file, the Save As... window pops up but freezes my whole IE. I have to wait as the program stops responding and sometimes it will make the icons on my desktop disapear.

I did the /sfc scannow thing but it did not solve my problem.

Any ideas?
