I export a file to CSV format and then save as an excel file.
Some of the data is part numbers. Some of the part # have a dash format.
example 11-29. Excel will aways default to a date format or automatic
calc it to a random number. The format is text, as it gets imported into a access
database.
I know it is a default of excel but can it be disabled?
TIA
Linda
