When I run Ad-aware, I keep getting a virus pop up that says this one thing can't be deleted, and I've seen other people with the same problem, but I can't seem to find any answers. Also, now it seems the virus has duplicated because now when the ad aware pop up comes up it says "CxtPls/ace.dll" cannot be deleted from my program files, and the virus name is listed about 4 times. I'm new to all this, so could someone fill me in on what to do?? -___-; Help is much appreciated!!

Hi aoichi, welcome to Geeks to Go! <_<

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
