Windows Explorer Problem

Everytime I open My Computer or any folder for that matter I get an error message and say that Windows Explorer needs to close. This also happens when I try to use Internet Explorer. I have attached a screen shot of the error message. I can open up my documents when I'm in a program like photoshop but I just can't open it by itself. What is wrong here?
