I restarted my computer after uninstalling Spyware Doctor and the Windows XP theme is gone. It is replaced by this tanish one. When I went to change it to the XP theme, it was gone.

Any ideas what happened?

Load the XP CD then cancel, click start then run then type sfc /scannow then press enter to replace the system files, then check if you can change theme.
