My son has this old pc strickly for games it is a windows 95, I am wanting to wipe it out and use my 98 recovery cd's to reboot his pc up to windows 98. can this be done? I was told to go to dos and type in......?(something) and answer yes to all the questions and then put the new cd in and reboot from cd. I don't remember what to type / where exactly. Thanks for any help!

Unfortunatley, I don't think that will work..

Your "Recovery" cd's are specific to the system they were made for/sent with..
