we have XP Home edition. my wife tried to set up her new email accounts in both Incredimail and Microsoft Outlook. she went thru setup in both programs. she typed her new user name and password into the boxes and did the whole setup proceedure in each program and the"Congradulations! message comes up in Incredimail, "your new account is setup!" and when she trys to check for new mail the same error message pops up in either of them:
Server Details -ERR box locked
why does this msg appear in both programs and how can it be fixed so she can use either one or even just one of the 2 programs?
Thanks,Jim

Is there any more to the error message to that error that you are having?

Now with increadimail. The version that you have how old is it or did you just download it?

Also the other thing I would like to know it is a yahoo account that she is trying to use on Incredimail?

Howdy:

These accounts your wife is trying to setup, are they one's provided by your ISP??

If so, has she correctly entered her username/password as well as pop and smtp server addresses and any security features the ISP requires??
