Hello, Sorry about all of this But I did not see an option to post this information on this page. Anyways I have Windows XP with SP1 right now. I previously downloaded SP2 but had some problems and removed it. Daily I run my Spybot and Ad-aware. I have McAfee Firewall and Norton plus symantic. My sceen will tend to appear as if I am logging out sometimes and all of my screen will shrink. Then they will re-appear. I have also lost and been unable to find my programs such as excel, word, and powerpoint; obviously all my microsoft programs that I need. I have searched for them, and question what may have happened because I have not gone into my ad and remove panel and taken them out. I really have no idea what has happened. My Ad-Aware is my second addition because my first encountered some problem that I could not fix. I have a tool bar that will not go away at the bottom of my screen, its blue and i cannot x out of it although it shows an x button, any ideas cause its pissin me off, i cannot go underneath it to grab some items. I also have AOL and clear my browser catche, compress my files and run my desktop cleaner as well. Although there is no other place I have been able to find these programs I must have them and live in a dorm away from my backup disk. (stupidly I have all others). Is there anything that you can suggest that I remove and anything that I may not have mentioned that I have on my computer, that I can get for free with a download?P.S. I had limewire but removed it recently please look at what I pasted and tell me what I need to remove from my computer. Thank you

Hi NSACREWSIN, welcome to Geeks to Go! <_<

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [2SWZKN82R5K47C] C:\WINNT\System32\UoaEF.exe

First, we need to remove the pepper trojan. Download this file, run, and let terminate (it'll just blink briefly on your screen and won't appeared to have done much--this is normal):
http://www.geekstogo...=download&id=18

Please run a free online virus scan here (tick the "Auto Clean" checkbox):
http://housecall.antivirus.com/

And a free trojan scan here:
http://www.moosoft.com/

Post a new log when finished. :D
