Hi everybody I have a microtek ScanMaker 6000. It seems like the scanner lock is stuck and it wont let the laser bar go up and down to scan. Not only did i twist the lock as for as i could to unlock it but I eventually popped out the whole lock. Didnt help, put the lock back in. Ive tried reinstalling with the lock off, with the lock on, then turning it off, all the different combinations and nothing seems to work. Any ideas anybody or is it just busted?
