Hi all,

I need to put some info on a dvd and I understand I need a DVD RW but I dont know which one to get or which company to get and how it would function with my computer( I know its externall)-can anyone offer any advice?

It doesn't matter which brand you buy. Do you need to write to this CD again? If not, a DVD/R would work. Depending on your DVD writer either a DVD-R, or a DVD+R. Most modern DVD writers work with either. A DVD-R will be more compatible with set-top DVD players. if you have that option.
