I've been having the same problem for a few weeks where my PC shuts itself down. I have replaced some no name RAM & believe I can rule out overheating given the Motherboard Monitor log at time of last shutdown (Attached).

I'm running Norton AntiVirus 2003 but have also run Trend Housecall. Clean.

Problem still persisted after RAM change but not as often. Any ideas

Pent 4 2.8GHZ (Not overclocked)
NVIDIA Geforce FX 5200
768RAM
Windows XP Home Service Pack 2

Saw the post on problem with Geforce 5200. My shutdown occurs even without playing games.
