I have been having problems with windows shutting down. When the "windows is shutting down" message appears it will stay there for a good 10 minutes before actually shutting down. Windows XP also opens very slowly to. I have had problems connecting through the windows wireless option but if i use the Dell utility it works so it seems there is something wrong with windows. I also have problems installing various software, i.e. RealPlayer, it tells me I do not have administrative access even though I'm signed in as the administrator. RealPlayer informed me that the user account may be corrupt. Apart from the following problems, my laptop has generally been preforming very slowly, programs crashing etc. My HiJack This log is posted below and I also have an AdAware log and Ewido log, if it is needed I will post it.
