whenever i run my ad-ware scan...it does a few files then it gets to HKEY and the ad-ware scan freezes and ad-ware doesnt complete the scan...everything just stops and i end up having to close ad-ware.
anyone know what might be wrong here? i also try to run mcaffee online scan and it gets to a certain file and the browser just closes.
I dont know wat is going on here...but it would be appreciated if someone could help.

sounds like you have adware/malware infering with your virus scan. what antivirus are you using?
