Hey, ive been on internet trying to find out how to fix my problem! No LUCK!! I hope you can help me

I ve reinstalled windows xp because of a virus and now my audio is no longer working! A exlamation on yellow circle appears next to Multimedia Audio Controller and when i go to adjust system volume volume and audio tabs are all grayed out and says no audio device.

Ive downloaded EVEREST and here are the details:
