Okay, I'm not sure what's going on here. I have a new web design program that I downloaded without a problem in my other computer. It runs the same system (XP) but when I tried to run the program from CD to this computer I get this message.

16 bit Windows Subsystem
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows application. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Can anyone tell me why I'm getting this message here and not on my other computer? Any help would be much appreciated.
