Hi

I am trying to run my AIM but everytime I get this message : Buffer Overrun Detected program:C:\PROGRA~1\AIM\aim.exe It would be so great if someone could help me out. Looking around the forums everyone seems very helpful. Thanks a lot!!!

You are posting a hijack log in the wrong forum---hijack logs normally are posted in malware.


A buffer overrun is a windows exploit used by hackers/malware makers to take over control of a PC..a number of exploits have been corrected with updates.

This is what I suggest. You are running an old version of windows xp--update to sp2 as well as any other updates..
