Help with Xilisoft

Hey I just purchased that Xilisoft software that allows me to convert DVD files (that I purchased) to be able to be read on my PSP... I'm just not sure exactly how to use it...

I know I have to click 'add', then select the drive where the DVD is 'd:', then I click the 'video' folder... but once in there I'm not sure which file to select... any advice would be great...
