there ths thin called Instant Access in the spot buy my colck it just show up as a emty spot it does not do any thig when i saw it there i went to the un install it because i dident install it it was just there when i turned on my computer im try to get rid of it like i seid i did the un install and got rid of the program but the emty spot is still there and it wont go away if any one know how to get rid of this crazy thig please tell me thank you...

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
