When I add "Quick Launch" toolbar tomy windows xp taskbar, the taskbar doubles in size and I cannot reduce it using the "double arrow" "drag and drop" method! Taskbar is not "locked"......and have tried moving the "double lines" in the quick launch area... and have tried to change "sizing" in the Properties section...all to no avail!1 ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS??
