Open task manager and go to the process tab and look for SYSU.EXE, if it is there please end the task on it

Go to task manager and goto file, new task(run) and type Explorer.exe and hit ok. tell me what happens.

Go to file , new task(run) and type in notepad.exe. Copy and paste the following in the box below and paste it into notepad. Go up to "File > Save As..." and click the drop-down box to change the "Save As Type" to "All Files". Save it as wininet.bat on your desktop.
go back to new task(run) and browse to find wininet.bat on your desktop and run it and when it is ready it will open files.txt
Copy the content of files.txt and paste it here.

yikes, that didn't come out like it was suppose to....lol
try this:
Go to file , new task(run) and type in CMD then hit OK
type in CD\
now cut and paste this in:
dir \wininet.dll /a h /s > files.txt
post back the results

I did that and the prompt changed from C:\Documents and Settings\Owner to
C:\
nothing else happened.
