Word VBA how do i insert text several times

Hi,

I want to insert a text eg.


hi my name is rob


is the sentance now i want to change rob to thomas .

so i create a form with a text box and when i click the command button i can change rob to watever was in the textbox but however now i want to change thomas to pliskin. how do i change it the second time?? i cannot use a replace command is there any other way??
