Cant get onto two sites

Having some trouble with internet explorer, everything is working fine except for when i try to go to ebay or hotmail, then it says page can not be displayed. Have no trouble with any other sites as far as i can see.
Please help but i am not a computer expert so nothing too technical please.

ok i sorted it i think, just restarted computer and seems ok now.
