Hello fellas,

I do marketing in an office with several computers conected to a server and everyone is on XP. I'd like to have a common e-mail signature that Outlook accesses (via the server) everytime someone opens up an e-mail. The purpose in this is that other than contact info I want to change some other info, from time to time, that appears in the signature. My goal is to do this once rather than have to go to everyone's computer and do it one at a time.

Is this realistic or am I indulging myself in wishful thinking? LOL!

Cheers,
Arfinwulf

Hi Arfinwulf

I'm slightly confused with what you are trying to say you want to do....

I'd like to have a common e-mail signature that Outlook accesses (via the server) everytime someone opens up an e-mail.

Are you talking about the user's signature or message headers that you set up in Exchange. Signauters are configured in XP in the users profile and I'm not sure that you can map it to a network share like a PST file can.
