The kernel32.dll was loaded into memory and IE either tried to write to it or read from it in an inappropriate manner. In other words, IE isn't accessing memory in a correct way.

Maybe a better question is "how can I fix this problem". It happens almost to the point where I'm not able to access the internet. What can I do?
