jv16 PowerTools version number 1.5.1.306.
The new version contains the following changes.
* Fixed the bug from the Registry Manager which caused the tool not to always automatically show the list of the Starting Programs if its network feature was enabled. This bug was reported to be fixed also with the last update but the fix didn't actually work.
* Fixed a bug from the File Organizer which caused it to sometimes mix the names and contents of the organized files.
* Included a Spanish translation.
