Winfixer and multiple popups [RESOLVED]

everything seems to be ok now. No more popups!!!!!!! My internet connection seems to go in and out sometimes now? any suggestions.

For the internet problem, if you have a router, try powering it off for a minute or two and restart your computer. Then power on the router to see if it's ok.

If that doesn't fix it, call up your ISP to make sure it's not a problem on their end. If that checks out ok, do this:
Download WinsockFix http://www.greyknigh.../WinsockFix.zip and unzip it. Then double click on WinsockFix.exe to run it.
