No XP Theme? ... Hmm Try selecting Classic Theme and applying it. Hit ok, then load the themes and see if the XP option is there.

Oh I figured it out. This should work if you didn't delete it...
Right click and hit properties.
Under Theme hit Browse
Find C Windows Resources Themes Luna.Theme
That should be it.

Ok, I did what you said and then I went to the themes bar and Windows XP was there. I clicked it and then the same error message popped up about the theme service not running. I went back to the administrative tools, did it over again started the theme service, and when I clicked XP it happened again.

Oh. So now you can click the theme but it says it's not started?
Did you hit start service? and it said it was running?

I did and what happened was that Windows XP was now a choice in the drop down bar for themes but when i selected it the error message went up again. I went back to the theme services again to make sure it was still under started, it was not. I started it again and then went back to themes selected Windows XP again and the same error message appeared again. I checked theme services and it was now stopped again, it seemed like when I selected Windows XP theme it stopped the theme service.
