Please help me. I cannot access any webpages that require passwords. It wont even show the page to put the info in.

Which browser are U using?
Check to see if SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are enabled.

I have ie 6.0 I have no idea how to check for the ssl 2.0 or 3.0. Where would that be?

Sorry. Open IE.
Click Tools-> Internet Options.
In the Internet Options window, click on Advanced tab.
Scroll down in the list and see if SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are enabled.
